State Route 348 is an east-west state highway in the south central portion of the U.S. state of Ohio. Its western terminus is at State Route 125 approximately 6 miles east of West Union, and its eastern terminus is at U.S. Route 23 just north of Lucasville – this is also the western terminus of State Route 728.

  • 1935 – Original route certified; its original eastern terminus was at its intersection with State Route 73 at Otway[2].
  • 1939 – Extended east to its current terminus via a previously unnumbered road from Otway to State Route 104 1 mile east of Lucasville, and along the former State Route 240 from State Route 104 to U.S. Route 23 just north of Lucasville[2].
