  • 2 miles west of Carlisle to Carlisle was route 78 before 1926. [2]
  • Route 145 to Bloomfield was unnumbered before 1935. [2]
  • Bloomfield to New Matamoras was route 245 before 1935. [2]
  • In 1935, extended to New Matamoras along previous unnumbered road from route 145 to Bloomfield as route 245 from Bloomfield to New Matamoras. [2]
