State Route 246 is an east-west state highway in the northwestern portion of the U.S. state of Ohio. Its western terminus is at U.S. Route 20 in the Reynolds Corners neighborhood of Toledo, and its eastern terminus is at State Route 51 (Monroe Street) in downtown Toledo. All but one block of the route is known as Dorr Street.

- 1928 – Original route established; originally routed along its current alignment except that its western terminus was 2 miles east of its current western terminus[2].
- 1934 – Extended west to its current western terminus[2].
- 1938 – Extended west to U.S. Route 20 five miles west of Kunkle[2].
- 1957 – Truncated at its current western terminus; segment 5 miles west of Kunkle to its current western terminus decertified[2].
