  • Originally routed from 3 miles east of Chilo to Bantam along current route 133 from 3 miles east of Chilo to 2 miles south of Felicity and route 222 from 2 miles south of Felicity to Bantam. [2]
  • Chilo to 2 miles south of Felicity was route 133 before 1931. [2]
  • 2 miles west of Bantam to 4 miles north of Batavia was unnumbered before 1938. [2]
  • By 1931, rerouted from Chilo to 2 miles south of Felicity along current routing. [2]
  • 3 miles east of Chilo to 2 miles south of Felicity certified as route 133 by 1931. [2]
  • In 1938, extended to 4 miles north of Batavia along route 125 from Bantam to 2 miles west of Bantam and previous unnumbered road from 2 miles west of Bantam to 4 miles north of Batavia. [2]
