  2. Originally routed from Dayton to 3 miles west of Urbana along current route 202 from Dayton to 2 miles east of Troy, route 41 from 2 miles east of Troy to Troy, and an unnumbered road from Troy to 3 miles west of Urbana. [2]
  3. Route 41 to route 55 was route 504 before 1983. [2]
  4. Truncated at route 41 (route 70 in 1926), 2 miles east of Troy in 1926. [2]
  5. Troy to 3 miles west of Urbana decertified in 1926. [2]
  6. Extended to route 55, 2 miles east of Troy along previous route 504 by 1983. [2]
