State Route 169 is a north-south state highway (which follows a more east-west routing) in the northeastern portion of the U.S. state of Ohio. Its southern (eastern) terminus is at U.S. Route 422 just east of Niles, and its northern (western) terminus is along U.S. Route 422 at its intersection with State Route 45 in Warren.
