- 4 miles west of Nashport to Nashport was route 156 before 1932. [2]
- Nashport to Zanesville was unnumbered before 1931. [2]
- Cumberland to Pleasant City was route 215 before 1926. [2]
- Pleasant City to Sarahsville was unnumbered before 1926. [2]
- Sarahsville to Summerfield was unnumbered before 1933. [2]
- In 1926, rerouted from Cumberland to Sarahsville along previous route 215 from Cumberland to Pleasant City and an unnumbered road from Pleasant City to Sarahsville. [2]
