  • Originally routed from Zanesville to Belle Valley along current route 146 from Zanesville to Cumberland, route 83 from Cumberland to 2 miles south of Cumberland, and an unnumbered road from 2 miles south of Cumberland to Belle Valley. [2]
  • 4 miles west of Nashport to Nashport was route 156 before 1932. [2]
  • Nashport to Zanesville was unnumbered before 1931. [2]
  • Cumberland to Pleasant City was route 215 before 1926. [2]
  • Pleasant City to Sarahsville was unnumbered before 1926. [2]
  • Sarahsville to Summerfield was unnumbered before 1933. [2]
  • In 1926, rerouted from Cumberland to Sarahsville along previous route 215 from Cumberland to Pleasant City and an unnumbered road from Pleasant City to Sarahsville. [2]
