This article discusses the New Zealand town of Ohai. 'Ohai is also a native Hawaiian plant.
Ohai is a town in Southland, New Zealand. It is located 65 kilometres north west of Invercargill and 25 kilometres west of Winton. It is most famous for the production of coal. It has a population of about 750 and has 1 golf course and 1 bowls club. The Ohai School closed down in 2003 and have to go to 5 minutes down the road to Nightcaps.
