Hi, sorry about my slow response. Essentially what A7 is is non notable, someone thought that it didn't quite Wikipedia's guidelines. If you disagee and have an argument on why it should stay, feel free to make it and I'll take a look, otherwise we have Deletion Review. I hope that answers your question.

Personally I felt it was up to par. It was just a stub, but I thought it was quite a well-written one. I can't see what exactly was wrong with it, but if it was truely that bad that it would need to be deleted I guess I am very wrong. Ah well, I just won't start articles if I am that bad of a writer :(
