Ocean One is a 367 metre tall highrise building with 91 floors and 587 rooms under construction at Jomtien Beach in Pattaya, Thailand. Construction of Ocean One started in 2006 and its completion is expected in 2009.
Ocean One will be, when completed the tallest highrise building of Thailand. Ocean one, which is planned to be used as residential with a conference center was designed by the architect Woods Bagot and the structural engineer Connell Wagner. The construction of Ocean One is done by K-TECH.
The highest appartments at Ocean One will be in a height of 327 metres.
