Ocean Heights 2 is a supertall skyscraper under construction located in the Dubai Marina of Dubai. It will be the second, taller tower of the Ocean Heights residential complex featuring another supertall, Ocean Heights 1. This tower, however, is set to rise to 460 meters and have 105 floors. If the tower is totally for residential uses, then in 2010, when construction of the tower is supposed to end, Ocean Heights 2 could be the tallest all-residential tower in the world, probably taking the title away fron another supertall in Dubai.
