"Obtener Un Sí" (English: To Get a Yes) is a song written by the Colombian musician Shakira for her fifth full Spanish language album, Fijación Oral Vol. 1, which was released on early 2005. The song is a tribute to the late 1950s Brazilian music style Bossa nova, since the singer is an admirer of the Brazilian musical culture.

In the song lyrics, a woman advises her suitor to do nice things for her (like sending her flowers) so that he may "get a yes" from her if he asks her to be his date.

[edit] Chart performance

So far, "Obtener Un Sí" has peaked in Colombian Singles Chart at #69, and in the U.S. Billboard Hot Latin Tracks chart at #48. Since the song was never released as an official single (it is the B-side to "Illegal"), it is probably that it has charted due to the success that "La Tortura" found on different radio formats.
