Presumably, the oath has since been disextended from university students — I'm a nonconformist undergraduate — although I know that MPs continue to have to swear to the supremacy of the Monarch, and I suppose the same is true of Church of England clergy. Does anyone have any knowledge of the history of the Oath beyond 1559? Wooster (talk) 11:44, 22 June 2006 (UTC)
