Oakville Aquatic Club

The Oakville Aquatic Club (OAK) is located in Oakville, Ontario, Canada. The club trains athletes from ages 7-18 (roughly) in the sport of competitive swimming. Swimmers trained by the club have placed well in many national and provincial competitions. The club's mission statement reads:
- "The Oakville Aquatic Club is dedicated to the pursuit of excellence and the development of individual potential in the sport of competitive swimming. In meeting this objective, the Oakville Aquatic Club shall provide programs, coaching, and facilities; encourage an enjoyable and mutually supportive club atmosphere; and promote competitive swimming within the community."

The training level structure is somewhat complicated, but basically the higher the level, the older the swimmer and the higher the training intensity. OAK is structured as follows:
