The Oakville-Trafalgar Memorial Hospital is a full service acute-care community hospital, located in Oakville, Ontario. It offers a comprehensive range of primary and secondary care services in addition to some tertiary services. It is operated by Halton Healthcare Services, a charitable organization which also operates Georgetown Hospital and Milton District Hospital.

OTMH's busy 24-hour emergency department experiences more than 43,800 visits annually.

OTMH has about 12,000 inpatients each year, while over 240,000 patients visit its outpatient areas. There are 2,100 births a year.

To meet growing demand for services, Halton Healthcare Services plans to expand the Surgical Program and the Intensive Care Unit and increase the hospital’s acute care bed capacity in the next year. Pending approval from the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, HHS will also be redeveloping the Maternal Child Program, relocating and expanding the Adult Mental Health Program at OTMH and establishing a satellite dialysis unit in Burlington.
