Oakdale is a small Iowa community located north of Coralville and Iowa City, Iowa, and it is just south of the nearby community of North Liberty, Iowa. Oakdale is located at Latitude 41.72 & Longitude -91.62.

Oakdale is home to the Iowa Medical and Classification Center.
