Nyuya River

Nyuya River (Russian: Нюя) is a river in Yakutia, Russia. It is a left tributary of the Lena. The length of the river is 798 km. The area of its basin is 38,100 sq km. The Nyuya freezes up in the second half of October and stays icebound until May. Its main tributaries are the Tympychan, Khamaky, Ulakhan-Murbaiy, Ochchuguy-Murbaiy, and Betinche rivers.
