NWA New York Heavyweight Championship

The NWA New York Heavyweight Championship was the major championship in the National Wrestling Alliance member promotion NWA New York. The championship lasted from 1994 through August 2002. The title went through three name changes during its history. It was the Heavyweight Championship in the World Wrestling Coalition, Action Packed Wrestling Alliance, and Richmond Championship Wrestling, from 1994 to 1996, 1996 to 1997, and 1997 to 1998, respectively, before becoming the NWA New York title in 1998.
