NWA Midwest/IWA Mid-South Women's Championship

The NWA Midwest/IWA Mid-South Women's Championship is a title defended mainly in the IWA mid-south promotion and in the Midwest territory of the National Wrestling Alliance. The title first appeared at the May 30, 2004 IWA-MS show "Volcano Girls" that had an 11-woman tournament to decide the first IWA-MS/NWA Midwest women's champion.

MsChif (NWA Midwest title only)	June 17, 2005	Midlothian, IL IWA mid-south Event	NWA Midwest promoter Ed Chuman declared that the IWA-MS event in Philadelphia, PA on 6/11, was unsanctioned and so the Women's Title change was invalid. Chuman then stated that he'd give Mickie a chance to keep the title, if she won her match against Rain later that evening. Rain defeated Mickie Knuckles via disqualification when Jim Fannin interfered in the match. Post match, Ed Chuman returned the title to the previous champion, MsChif. Ian Rotten came to ringside and told Chuman that since Mickie had won the title fair and square in Philadelphia, then she is recognized as IWA Mid-South Women's Champion, belt or no belt. Rotten officially proclaimed the NWA Midwest and IWA Mid-South Women's Titles are separate entities from this point forward.
Daizee Haze (NWA Midwest title only)	November 12, 2005	Streamwood, IL NWA Midwest Event	Daizee Haze pinned Delerious in a mixed tag team cage match between Daizee Haze and her partner Matt Sydal and MsChif and her partner Delerious. The stipulation was that Delerious NWA-midwest X Division title & MsChif's & NWA-midwest Women's title are on the line in the Cage. Should either be pinned, or submit both titles will change hands
