I wonder if a simpler summary of this chart could be placed on the main Apple (fruit) page with link here for those that require more depth and detail? quercus robur

What are the units mcg, mcg_DFE etc? I guess mcg is micrograms, the abbreviation is µg.

What does "ash" mean on that chart?!!!
