NuSphere Corporation is a world wide web software company with headquarters in USA and offices in Russia.

NuSphere has a long and rich history of working with PHP and other Open-source software developers. NuSphere development is lead by Dmitry Dmitrienko, the author of dbg PHP Debugger and Profiler. Company's flagmanship products are PhpED - the PHP IDE and PhpDOCK - PHP deployment tool. NuSphere also provides TechPlatform - the bundle of Open-source software and UltraSQL Database - the fastest native Windows port of PostgreSQL.

The name NuSphere comes from Nu - the 13-th letter of Greek Alphabet.

NuSphere started by providing the installer for Open-source software components and also quickly entered the market of PHP IDE products by introducing PhpED in 2000.

Originally started as a subsidiary of Progress Software, NuSphere is independently owned and operated.
