Number One (The Batman)

Number One is a brand new, original villain for The Batman. He was voiced by Diedrich Bader. He first appeared in The Breakout.

Number One worked as Black Mask's right-hand man, and second-in-command to Black Mask's criminal organization. When Batman foils Black Mask, and gets arrested, Number One lead Batman into a trap in their old hideout, imprisioned him, and took away his utility belt. Then he commanded the organization of henchmen to break Black Mask free from Gotham Police.
He gassed the police headquarters with sleeping gas, and inmobilized everyboby, but Robin and Batgirl, and they later faced him and foiled his plans. However, when Number One managed to break Black Mask free, the crime boss, infuriated, "demotes him" by killing him for taking too long in freeing him, and letting some kids foil him.

Number One had powerful, high-tech weapons, like an electro gun, and was skilled at hand-to-hand fighting. He also possesed bulletproof armor.
