Phrases such as "this philosophy has helped drive NuComm to a leadership position" amd "consistently deliver breakthrough performance for its clients" show bias towards the company. Please review Wikipedia's Neutral point of view policy and re-word these and other non-neutral statements in the article. Upon closer inspection I've noticed the article doesn't contain any proper citations for the content in the article. As such it may currently fail WP:CORP. Please expand the article to include citations from reliable sources. Being a wikifier myself, I too can appreciate the bias this article shows. I also know this as true bias as I work at NuComm International and find it to be a rather harsh occupational atmosphere from a human perspective. In fact, there are several HRDC Canada cases open within the company (i.e. phone agents feeling pressured/stressed/harassed by superiors) so I wouldn't get too haughty on the company 'philosophies'.

I think you mean MLO cases, since the federal government has no jurisdiction when it comes to employment standards in an industry such as this. NuComm is not alone in that matter, however, as there are investigations ongoing against every call centre in St. Catharines, most notable SITEL (in fact, a former manager there told me that the MLO has a small team of three or four people who specifically handle complaints against SITEL, don't know if there is any truth to that), which just had a recent huge purge due to piss-poor management and decided to come up with things defined under law as 'trivial' for termination of the 'surplus' employees, then refused to pay in lieu of notice. There are several ongoing Human Rights Commission cases against SITEL, too. I suppose paying out settlements and fines is a cost of doing business in an industry such as this. The old joke was that for every person they fire, five more will apply for the job, but it turns out that all of the call centres in Niagara have burned through the employment pool and there is now a shortage of qualified phone monkey workers. People are flocking to that new call centre that just opened in the Falls because, finally, there's a company other than Nucomm, SITEL, Telespectrum/Intelliservices and Canadian Tire in the Niagara Region. If I may be very blunt and childish; lawl at the scrubs that vandalize this page. Nucomm = Screwcomm, OMG I can't do my easy job, so I'll QQ and post on an approved website. Cry more, want some tissue? This place is fantastic, benefits, a decent wage, and minimal stress. I recommend working at this place if nearby(unless you have something better that is). Additionally the above comment is unverifiable in itself, and I highly doubt the credibility of that claim. Not sure what center you're in, but the Chatham office is great as far as I'm concerned. Hah, at least Nucomm has a list of approved websites. SITEL started randomly firing people for going to The Toronto Star and the like when a new site directory was brought in last winter. Having worked at both Nucomm and SITEL, I'd say that Nucomm employees don't even know what the word 'screw' means. We'll have to wait and see how Minics in the falls turns out.
