NUCLEAR MIGRANT is a term used to describe a person who moved from North America or Europe to Australia or New Zealand with the objective of escaping nuclear war. There were thousands of nuclear migrants in the 1960s and 70s. They are described in an article titled "Australia's Nuclear Migrants" by Patricia Rolfe in the Australian publication THE BULLETIN, November 16, 1963.
