Nuala Hafner is the weather presenter of the Sydney bulletin of Seven News. Hafner was born in London to an English father and Ghanaian mother, Dorinda Hafner a respected television personality and chef. Nuala and her family moved to Adelaide when she was thirteen months old.

Hafner attended the prestigious Pembroke School, where she was awarded the school Dux, before heading overseas to travel through the United Kingdom and Europe. After teaching drama in London, she returned to Australia in 1995 to begin studying law. She completed a combined Arts/Law degree from Flinders University in 2000, becoming Bar registered.

Gaining television experience in South Australia, Hafner became the weekday weather presenter for Adelaide's top-rating Seven News bulletin and co-presented the long-running children's program The Book Place. She also reported for Seven Adelaide’s leisure program Discover.

Hafner moved to Sydney in 2003 and reported for lifestyle program, Sydney Weekender and commuted to Adelaide to appear in several stage plays. Hafner joined Seven News Sydney in 2003. Hafner currently presents the weekday weather on Seven News, and reports on Sydney Weekender, as well as occasionally filling in on Sunrise.
