Anthony Torres (born January 10, 1980 in New York City), better known by his stage name Nu Jerzey Devil, is a hip-hop producer from New Jersey.

Nu Jerzey Devil was born in the South Bronx borough of New York City where his family lived on a street called Cedar Avenue (coincidently, when he moved to California, he resided on Cedar Block in Compton, California). He is of Puerto Rican decent. Nu Jerzey Devil is the only in house producer for The Black Wall Street Records label. He has since done work for nearly every Black Wall Street artists, for mixtapes and separate work. The name was given to him by The Game on a mixtape and since then it has stuck with him. He also produced the score for the DVD 'Beef III'. He is currently starting up his own record label, LiveliHood Entertainment which he has signed Atlantic City artist Daryl "RiZ" Bishop and they are currently working on his album, along side with productions by Atlantic City resitdent Luis "Luzity" Guzman and it is scheduled to be released 2007.

He recently signed a deal with Fat Joe's Terror Squad, which will see Terror Squad managing Nu Jerzey Devil.[citation needed] He is currently working on some tracks for Fat Joe's new album. He recently produced for Fat Joe's new album "Me Myself & I" - the track titled "Breathe & Stop" featuring The Game will be Fat Joe's next single.
