Nušl is a lunar impact crater that is located on the far side of the Moon. It lies just to the north of the Trumpler crater, and to the west of the Shayn crater.
This crater has a slightly eroded rim, and still possesses some terrace or ledge structures along the inner wall. A small crater is attached to the exterior rim along the east-northeast. The interior floor is relatively level, with an elongated central ridge near the mid-point. Only one tiny craterlet on the south side of the central peak marks the interior.

By convention these features are identified on lunar maps by placing the letter on the side of the crater mid-point that is closest to Nušl crater.
