A variation on NSFW (Not Suitable For Work), standing for Not Suitable For Minors. Used to indicate a link that should not be opened in the presence of children, or by children. In general, all NSFM content is assumed to be NSFW. The reverse is not necessarily the case. For example, an article on Breast Cancer might be marked NSFW, but not NSFM, depending on how draconian your workplace is.
