[edit] Spinosaurus Vs Rex

I have nominated this article for proposed deletion as it appears to be replicating information in existing articles for little encyclopedic good, as well as having a number of other issues. Just wanted to notify you of this; feel free to make comments on the article talk page. Tony Fox (arf!) 06:37, 17 September 2006 (UTC)

And as the tag was removed, I've taken the page to Articles for deletion; if you wish to make comments, you can do so at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Spinosaurus Vs Rex. Tony Fox (arf!) 06:51, 17 September 2006 (UTC)

When you make edits, you agree for them to be licensed under the GFDL. Please see Wikipedia:Copyrights. --WikiSlasher 07:06, 17 September 2006 (UTC)

Re your comment on my talk page, I'm not messing with anyone. Your reasons for wanting to keep the article do nothing to meet any of the guidelines that I pointed out. It would appear that you want to have an external article for your website, but Wikipedia is not a place for that, as I have pointed out. If you wish to argue for the article, do so at the Articles for deletion page marked above, and see what other editors state. Tony Fox (arf!) 07:52, 17 September 2006 (UTC)

[edit] SECURITY PROBLEMS

  • The log-in page at NRC CHAT NEEDS TO BE SECURE & ITS NOT. So,I deciede to put Tony Fox as the Security Manager of the chat area.
Um. Firstly, I only know you because of the AfD process on your article, and have no clue what your group is about. Second, I know nothing about security. I'll pass, thanks. Tony Fox (arf!) 05:39, 26 September 2006 (UTC)

How do I stop spammers on my page/website?

What spammers ? Your user page has not been edited by anyone but you, and your talk page only seems to have normal edits as well. Equendil Talk 19:51, 1 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Uploaded pictures

I browsed through your contributions and came upon a number of pictures of dinosaurs you uploaded, claiming to be the creator. Those pictures were obviously taken from various sites on Internet, many are from movies ... You certainly were not the author of those pictures. Please don't upload pictures under copyright with false license informations, this will get you blocked from editing Wikipedia. Equendil Talk 20:37, 1 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Vandal proof

While I'm at it, you are *not* registered for Vandal proof, hence the userbox on your user page is misleading. I'm removing it. Equendil Talk 20:39, 1 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Re: Ya DELETED SOMTHING OF MINE!!!!!!

I think you have the wrong idea about this place, this is not mySpace. Wikipedia is a free content ensyclopedia project, if you don't want "your stuff" to be edited do not submit it (says so at the bottom of every edit page). Also please read Wikipedia:Ownership of articles and Wikipedia:User page, and note that we are not here to publish original research or promote your website. Thanks. --Sherool (talk) 21:52, 4 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Copyright, Wikipedia, and User pages

At the bottom of every page on Wikipedia, you can read "All text is available under the terms of the GNU Free Documentation License. (See Copyrights for details.)". You *cannot* make copyright claims to *anything* you write on Wikipedia. Read the links, stop claiming copyright on your user page, this is not your web site. Also read WP:USER, your user page is *not* for linking external sites unrelated to the project, Wikipedia is *not* a free hosting site. Equendil Talk 00:34, 5 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Inappropriate username

Your username has been blocked indefinitely because it may be rude or inflammatory, unnecessarily long/confusing, too similar to an existing user, contains the name of an organization, website or non-Latin characters, or is otherwise inappropriate (see our blocking and username policies for more information). You are encouraged to create a new account and contribute to Wikipedia under a more appropriate username. Wikipedia:Username provides guidance on selecting an appropriate username. You may also edit Wikipedia without creating an account.

You are not allowed to edit Wikipedia under an inappropriate username. If you would like to discuss the block, you may appeal on your talk page or email the administrator who blocked you. Due to Wikipedia's mechanism for enforcing name changes, your IP address may be temporarily blocked. Unless you have also been engaging in vandalism or impersonation of another user, we will remove that block as soon as possible.

If you want to keep the contributions from your old account for your new username, please follow these directions: (1) Add {{unblock-un|new username}} to your user talk page. This is possible because even when you are blocked, you can still edit your own talk page. (2) Soon, an admin may come to unblock you. (3) You will have 24 hours after the unblock to file a request on Wikipedia:Changing username before you may be re-blocked. Note that this can only be done before you create the new one. For more information, please visit Wikipedia:Changing username. In many cases (especially if your account has few or no edits), it is a lot easier to create a new account.
