Noyemberyan (Armenian: Նոյեմբերյան) - city in northeast of Armenia in the Tavush province. It is located on the river Koghb, 198 km from Yerevan and in 22 km from railway station Ajrum, on the Yerevan-Tbilisi route. Azerbaijan's border is only few killometers from the city.
To the south of city there are slopes of ridge Voskepar, to the north and the West - ridge Gugarats.
Vicinities of Noyemberyan, in particular highway from Noyemberyan to Ijevan, are periodically fired upon from Azerbaijan's side with a range or different weapons.
