"Not Me, Not I" is the fourth single from Delta Goodrem's album Innocent Eyes. It entered the ARIA charts at number two and peaked at number one on September 28, 2003. "Not Me, Not I" was released as two editions with alternate covers. Both of which included a bonus poster.

This single is a love song, written by Goodrem, which talks about her pain at losing her first love. There has been speculation she is singing about her ex-boyfriend and fellow Neighbours star, Blair McDonough.

Not Me,Not I debuted at number two behind Dido's White Flag and selling 11,505 copies in its first week. The week after she peaked the number one position, giving her fourth number one consecutive single in Australia and breaking the record from Kylie Minogue's previous record of three number one's. "Not Me, Not I" remained in the top ten for ten weeks and it began slowly declining.

In the UK, the single debuted and peaked at number number eighteen and peaked at eleven in New Zealand

This video was shot during the early stages of her cancer at Newtown, Sydney, Australia. The video clip for the song was directed by Michael Spiccia, who has worked with other artists including Disco Montego and Killing Heidi. Goodrem posed in a range of outfits during the shoot at a secret location in Redfern railroads. The clip includes a trademark shot of Goodrem playing the piano, along with other visual effects including the ethereal goddess scene. In the video clip,she is dressed in various costumes, including the white robes of a goddess.
