The Vampires were once ruled by a "Council of Elders" led by Vicente. When some of the Elders decuided to make themselves known to humanity, they were (quite rightly) persecuted and destroyed. After several centuries, only a handful survived led by Vicente.

The vampire community is split into several factions:

• Vicente's Gang - Remnents of the old Vampire communities
• Uncle Zeros Vampire Circus - Led by the enigmatic Uncle Zero
• The Night Crew - A facist vampire gang
• The Astronauts - A relitivily new group that didn't last long
