The Norwegian Post and Communications Union (POSTKOM) is a trade union in Norway. It was formed in 2000 from the merger of the Norwegian Postal Organization, and the Norwegian Union of Postmen.

POSTKOM is affiliated with the Norwegian Confederation of Trade Unions (LO).
