Northern Essex Community College (also known as NECC or Necco) is a community college with campuses in Haverhill, Massachusetts and Lawrence, Massachusetts. It has 15000 students each year. The school is a popular choice for students who want to reduce their cost of college. It is also for student who want to pursue a 2 year degree.
