Northern Districts Knights

The Northern Districts Knights are a New Zealand first class cricket team based in the upper half of the North Island of New Zealand (excluding Auckland). They compete in the State Championship first class competition and the State Shield domestic one day competition.

The Knights have some of New Zealand's best cricket players including Daniel Vettori, Hamish and James Marshall as well as some other good performers including B.J. Watling and Graeme Aldridge.

They were the winners of the 2005 State Shield.
