Northeast Senior High School is located at 1121 Duvall Hwy. in Pasadena, Maryland, United States. The school opened in 1964 and serves as one of two high schools, the other being Chesapeake High School, for the city of Pasadena. Chesapeake has been Northeast's rival since Chesapeake was built. Northeast has some of the best softball and baseball programs in the state of Maryland, according to the Baltimore Sun. The school has produced many championship teams from 1964 to 2006. The most recent team being the Varsity Cheerleaders in the spring of 2006. Northeast always like to help out the devastated such as Hurricane Katrina (2005) or Hurricane Isabelle (2003). The school newsletter is called the Eaglegram and the school newspaper is called the Eagles Eye. The regular school day starts at 7:17 am and ends it day at 1:55pm. The school is looked down upon by many (for unknown reasons), but by the students and teachers, is considered to be one of the best schools in the county.

The morning announcements are always crazy led by a teacher named Kevin Gast, who has been known as the guy who dressed up in a red dress at homecoming in 2004. As of 2006, Mr. Gast has done some other crazy things like throwing a NHL party for the school to celebrate the return of hockey both in 2005 and 2006, planning to suit up as the original Green Power Ranger Tommy Oliver at homecoming on November 3, 2006 against Old Mill, and impersonate the radio station Hot 99.5 on the morning announcements to broaden the popularity of the radio station to the student body.

The senior skits are always funny, but there have been times tat the underclassmen decided to impersonate the seniors on how they dance at homecoming such as Mariah Carey's "Shake It off" to Sir-Mix-A-Lot's "Baby Got Back". The most notable Northeast graduate is Baltimore Orioles prospect Chorye Spoone (2003 graduate). He was drafted by Baltimore as a 8th round draft pick in 2005 after rejecting a contract from the San Diego Padres as a late round draft pick. They will be more graduate names to be brought up in the years to come. That school has a lot of crazy things that no other school could do.
