North Yarmouth Academy

North Yarmouth Academy (also known as "NYA") is a U.S. college preparatory school located in Yarmouth, Maine.

The school serves grades 6-12, and during the summer hosts summer camps for local children. It was established in 1814 as a boarding school for boys.
NYA also has an athletics program that includes soccer, hockey, and lacrosse. It is home to the Travis Roy Ice Arena, Yarmouth's only ice arena.
Two sons of noted African American abolitionist John Brown Russwurm were enrolled at NYA between 1850 and 1852.
