The North West Counties Football League Division One is a football competition based in England. It sits at step 5 (or level 9) of the National League System. The top club gets promoted to the Northern Premier League First Division. The bottom club will get relegated to the North West Counties Football League Division Two. In the 2006-07 season, the league has 22 clubs.

F.C. United of Manchester have been promoted to this division for the 2006-07 season, having won the Division Two title in their first season.
