North Terrace is a street in Adelaide, the capital city of South Australia. It runs east-to-west, and is the northernmost street in the grid of the city's central business district.

Theoretically, the northern side of North Terrace is part of the Adelaide Parklands. However, much of the space between North Terrace and the River Torrens is now occupied by cultural institutions. These include:

The Adelaide Festival Centre, Elder Park and historic Torrens Parade Ground are also between North Terrace and the River Torrens.

The southern side of the street includes the large new City West campus of the University of South Australia, part of the Rundle Mall shopping precinct, the historic Ayers House, and some of the commercial buildings of the city.
