From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
North High School is located at the intersection of Thomas Road and 12th Street in Phoenix, Arizona, United States.
It is a member of the Phoenix Union High School District. North High's mascot is the Mustang, and school colors are Red and Blue.
The school was known as North Phoenix Union High School from its opening in 1939 to 1970. In the late 1970s and early 1980s North High was closed and all students were routed to West High School, which is now Metro Tech.
In the late 1980s the school was reopened due to West High School's overcrowed campus.
