North Dakota United States Senate elections

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

North Dakota United States Senate elections determine who serves as a United States Senator, representing North Dakota, for six-year terms. The elections are staggered so that none of North Dakota's two senate seats will be up for election during the same year.

North Dakota has been represented by two Democratic-NPL senators since 1986. Some consider this to be odd considering that North Dakota is a historically conservative state.
