North Dakota Highway Patrol

The North Dakota Highway Patrol is the state police force for the state of North Dakota. It was established on 1935 by the North Dakota Legislature.

The current Superintendent of the North Dakota Highway Patrol is Col. Bryan R. Klipfel. Col. Klipfel was appointed superintendent on October 24, 2003 by Governor John Hoeven.
