North Dakota Avenue (Washington, D.C.)

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

North Dakota Avenue is a residential road in Northwest Washington, D.C. It is considered a discontinuous continuation of South Dakota Avenue, because it perfectly aligns with the more major avenue, and if it were not for houses and parkland, would perfectly intersect.

Unlike its sister road, North Dakota Avenue is not as heavily used as South Dakota, and it is not as long, only three blocks.

Its southern terminus is at the intersection of Kansas Avenue & Blair Road, and its northern terminus is at the intersection of Sheridan & 3rd Streets, NW.
