'North & East better known as Central Richmond is a neighborhood in Richmond, California. It is a mostly middle class area with detached single family homes. The area is marked with a sudden lumpy hill in its center. It is located between San Pablo Avenue to the east, 23rd street to the west, MacDonald avenue to the south, and the city of San Pablo to the north. The area is the locale of prestigious Salesian High School and the MacDonald 80 Shopping Center.
