Norman Hughes (born September 30, 1952) is a former field hockey player, who won the bronze medal with the British team at the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, California.

He currently coaches young hockey players at Wakefield Hockey Club, and has dedicated a lot of personal time to organising exchange visits with Muiderburg, Wakefield's twin club.

Hughes owns and operates Wasp Hockey.
