Normal set
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
In mathematics, a normal set is a set which does not contain itself.
Considering the set of all normal sets leads to Russell's paradox. Russell showed that if this set contains itself, then it is not a normal set, and that if it does not contain itself, then it is not the set of all normal sets.
