Norkom Technologies provide software products to the global financial services industry aimed at detecting and combating financial crime. Norkom was founded in 1998 in Ireland by Paul Kerley & now also operate in the North America, continental Europe, the United Kingdom, and the Asia Pacific region. Norkom's products combat areas of financial crime including money laundering, fraud, and manage sanction and politically exposed person lists. Norkoms products are used primarily in fraud Prevention and compliance.
According to Industry Analysts Celent as of September 2006 Norkom are the global leader in Anti Money Laundering Solutions [[1]]
In June 2006 Norkom became a publicly quoted company on the London Stock Exchange. Norkom customers include HSBC, Standard Chartered Bank, Western Union, Royal Bank of Scotland and Bank of Montreal.
