Norbert Bollow founded the DotGNU project, building upon a proposal from Enzo-Adrian Reyes; He is a member of the DotGNU SteeringCommittee and he can often be found as 'nb' on the DotGNU irc channel ( #dotgnu on irc servername chat.freenode.net ).
