I can't say for sure, but this may be a photo of part-time Santa Claus House "Santa," Kris Kringel -- who actually had his name legally changed as a result of a religious experience before moving to North Pole. If it's him, he has also worked delivering pizza in North Pole, and in 2005 (IIRC) wrote a letter to the Fairbanks Daily News-Miner complaining that someone had stolen a snowmachine (snowmobile) from his yard.
