Nolrek is believed by some to be one of the most powerful beings ever to walk the earth. Once an elmental/immortal, Nolrek, along with others of the Aeuwk-Nea following were immortals endowed with the powers to control fire, water, earth, wind, and energy by the gods to walk about on Earth and banish the demons that were plaguing the earth.

He led the charge against the demons and along with his immortal brothers, and he prevailed. But during the fight some of the more powerful demons cursed the immortals and sent the last remnants of their evil spirits into them.

Some of the immortals realized what had happened and gave up their powers and died to save themselves from possession, others didn't know what happened until it was too late and ended up slaves of their respective demons, and still others welcomed the demons in and willignly served their wishes to gain more power. Among the immortals, only seven remained unaltered by the demon possession. They lived on for centuries, silently watching for the return of the demons. Their names were Nolrek, Olieafen, Ashantu, Naruvien, Depalis, Traulkin, and Vinashail.

He forsook the Aeuwk-Nea following to take into his arms the woman he loved. When his love died, Nolrek was so dispared that his spirit left his body. Since he was an immortal, it is believed that he is still roaming the earth, looking for a person who will accept him into their soul and continue his search for his lost love.
